Shipping Policy

Free Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $9 within [the contiguous United States].  Orders under $9 will be charged a flat rate of $5.98 for standard shipping.

Shipping Details:

 * Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.  Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.

 * Shipping Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days after processing.  Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

 * Shipping Carrier: We use Carriers - USPS, FedEx, UPS for our standard shipping.

 * Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.

 * Shipping Restrictions:  We currently do not offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, international destinations. Shipping to these locations will incur additional charges, which will be calculated at checkout.  Please contact us for a shipping quote if you are located in one of these areas.

 * Delivery Issues: If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as lost or damaged packages, please contact us at care.vihira@gmail.com so we can assist you.

Return Policy

At Vihira, we are committed to providing you with high-quality organic castor oil.  We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.  Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 * Contact us: Email us at care.vihira@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please describe the issue you are experiencing with the product and, if possible, attach a photo of the product.

 * Receive return label: Once we receive your email, we will review your request and, if approved, send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.

 * Print and ship: Print the return label and drop off the package at your nearest USPS location.

 * Product review and refund: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. Once approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Important Notes:

 * The product must be returned in its original condition.

 * This return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.

 * Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
